These terms set out the permitted use of TurnPic, your responsibility for uploaded files, and the limits of the free service.

Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using TurnPic, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not upload files or use the image processing tools.
The service
TurnPic provides automated image conversion and editing. Features, supported formats, file limits, and output behavior may change as browser and server technologies evolve. The service is currently offered without an account and without charge.
Acceptable use
Do not use TurnPic to process illegal, harmful, malicious, privacy-invasive, or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; overload or disrupt the service; bypass technical limits; or automate abusive volumes of requests.
Your files and rights
You retain ownership of your files. You confirm that you own them or have permission to process them. You grant TurnPic only the temporary technical permission required to receive, convert, store, and return the files. Files are scheduled for automatic removal within 24 hours.
Availability and changes
TurnPic may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue part of the service for maintenance, security, capacity, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every source file can be converted successfully.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Keep your original files and verify downloaded results before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, TurnPic is not liable for lost files, lost profits, indirect damages, or losses caused by misuse of the service.
