Information we process
When you use TurnPic, we process the images and settings you submit. Web server logs may also contain technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, response status, and request time for security, reliability, and diagnostics. TurnPic currently does not require user accounts or payment details.
Uploaded and converted files
Images are used only to perform the conversion or editing action you request. They are not sold or used to train machine-learning models. An automated task runs hourly and removes uploaded and converted files after they become more than 24 hours old. You should download results promptly.
Cookies and local preferences
TurnPic uses a language-preference cookie so the site can remember the selected language. Advertising providers may use cookies, device identifiers, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although some preferences may no longer persist.
Google AdSense and advertising
TurnPic uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may collect or receive information from this site and use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, personalize, and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and generate reporting. Advertising choices and consent controls depend on your region and Google settings.
Security and retention
TurnPic uses HTTPS in transit and limits file retention to the period needed to provide downloads. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Operational logs may be retained only as reasonably necessary to investigate errors, abuse, and security incidents.
Children's privacy
TurnPic is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe a child has provided personal information.
